Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained of experience in the Mortgage Industry. She has worked in the Retail, Correspondent, and Wholesale Channels as a Mortgage Specialist, Mortgage Processor, Underwriting, and Senior Loan originator. Katie has a balanced approach for thoroughly evaluating various types of mortgage loans. Her extensive knowledge of Agency guidelines, and administrative and operational competencies are instrumental in strengthening and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the mortgage loan “process”.
Our goal is to provide exemplary service which will increase value and influence on your reputation. If business slows down, you don’t have to lay off employees or pay for a service you do not need. The Loan Processor supports the Loan originators by ensuring loan files contain all the documentation and data necessary to move through the loan lifecycle efficiently and to close the loan on time. Loan Processor will help you communicate with borrower successfully and simplify the home loan process and update the borrowers each step in their mortgage processing.
Processing Fees will be funded upon closing by consumers not lenders or brokers

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS.
